FIT
Hawk frame...
The Hawk weighs in at only 5 pounds and has a light price tag
to go with it. With high tech SOAREX bridges and graphics by Chase and
Adam Roye, this frame is bad ass.
The
S3 series is Fits signature line of frames. Out now is the
Aitken, a 4.7 pound frame that can still handle the abuse of everyday
riding. Mikey wanted a frame that had a quick head angle (75 degrees),
low profile, and light feel. Everyone worked together to make this frame
the most advanced frame available from Fit.
The
Flow series is Fits line of frames, forks and bars manfactured with
cost in mind. The frames have all the things needed like integrated
head tube, press-fit mid bb, butted tubing etc...then add a lower price
and it's good to go...
MacNeil
Bibi frame...
All MacNeil frames are hand-built with seamless Japanese tubing, with
heat-treated 4130 headtubes, BB shells, and dropouts. MacNeil frames
have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. Bibi wanted
a really light frame built for the trails. MacNeil took on the challenge
and came up with the Bibi. He kills it – and so does this frame.
It’s light, strong and ready for all trails.
Volume
Biz frame...
Ryan "Biz" Jordan signature frame. Made from Volume's patented
"Thermo-Triton" chromoly tubing. Integrated headtube w/ removable
tabs, Mid bottom bracket shell, 4mm thick dropouts w/ 14mm axle slots,
downtube gusset, brake mounts on chainstays (25-9t compatible).
FLY
3 Amigos frame...
Made from 4130 chromoly. Spanish BB with integrated headtube, built
in seat clamp, extra machining on the dropouts to save weight, chainstay
U-brake mounts and a cable guide for a secure fit. Includes removable
gyro tabs and a single chain tensioner...
S&M
Black Bike...
If you're stuck between riding a Black Bike or an L.A.F. the Black Bike
is better for Heavier/rougher riders that might damage an L.A.F., riders
that like a slightly taller top-tube height, riders that don't like
press fit BB's, or riders that don't like steep 75 degree head angles.
Those are only some of the major differences, there are other like the
Top Tube diameter (Black Bike is larger) and drop-out thickness (Black
Bike is thicker) but those are some of the major ones. Beringer and
Baker both ride the Black Bike, and Rob Wise and Darden both ride L.A.F.'s.
Decisions, decisions...
